La jornada laboral ser\u00e1 de cuarenta horas<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>semanales<\/strong> <\/span>en los t\u00e9rminos que establezca la Ley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>P<\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">o<\/span>r cada seis d\u00edas de trabajo<\/strong><\/span><strong> las personas trabajadoras<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> deber\u00e1n disfrutar por lo menos de un d\u00eda de descanso con goce de salario \u00edntegro<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V. a <strong>X. &#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><\/strong>XI. Cuando por <span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>circunstancias extraordinarias<\/strong><\/span> deban aumentarse las horas de la jornada, <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>se abonar\u00e1 como salario por este tiempo un cien por ciento<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>m\u00e1s<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>de lo fijado para las horas ordinarias<\/strong><\/span>. <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>El trabajo extraordinario<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>no exceder\u00e1<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>de doce horas<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>en una semana<\/strong><\/span><\/span>,<strong> las cuales podr\u00e1n distribuirse en <span style=\"color: #800080;\">hasta cuatro horas diarias<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">en un m\u00e1ximo de cuatro d\u00edas<\/span> en ese periodo (en una semana).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>La prolongaci\u00f3n del tiempo extraordinario<\/strong><\/span> <strong>que supere lo establecido en el p\u00e1rrafo que antecede (doce horas en una semana)<\/strong>, obliga a la persona empleadora a <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>pagar doscientos por ciento<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>m\u00e1s<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>del salario que corresponda a las horas de la jornada ordinaria<\/strong><\/span> conforme a lo establecido en la Ley de la materia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Las personas menores de dieciocho a\u00f1os no podr\u00e1n laborar tiempo extraordinario.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>XII.<\/strong> a <strong>XXXI.<\/strong> <strong>&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><\/strong><strong>B. &#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Transitorios<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Primero.-<\/strong> El presente Decreto entrar\u00e1 en vigor el d\u00eda de su publicaci\u00f3n en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Segundo.-<\/strong> El Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n deber\u00e1 realizar las reformas a la legislaci\u00f3n secundaria en un plazo de 90 d\u00edas a partir de la publicaci\u00f3n del presente Decreto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tercero.-<\/strong> La duraci\u00f3n de la jornada laboral a que se refiere el art\u00edculo 123, Apartado A, fracci\u00f3n IV del presente Decreto, se alcanzar\u00e1 de manera gradual, a partir del 1 de enero del a\u00f1o correspondiente, conforme a lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<table style=\"height: 144px;
